Reid tips Hasselbaink to shine.

Hamilton manager Billy Reid expects new striker Nigel Hasselbaink to terrorise more defenders after his Clydesdale Bank Premier League debut in his side's 1-0 win at Inverness. The Dutchman - who is the nephew of former Chelsea frontman Jimmy Floyd - impressed in Accies' first win in the league this season after signing from PSV Eindhoven earlier this week. Former Inverness midfielder Dougie Imrie scored the decisive goal with a 30-yard shot after just 38 seconds, but the new teenage attacker showed enough pace and power not to look out of place in Scotland's top flight. "I thought Nigel Hasselbaink all day looked a major, major threat," Reid said. "He's 19 years old and I threw him in and what a shift he gave us. "He's a fantastic young talent and did fantastic for me in pre-season games and I think he could have a big say in weeks to come. "If he gets the ball on the deck he's going to cause problems and I think the defenders were terrified of his pace at times because they knew he could beat them."
